ELENI TZEKOU
She was born in Thessaloniki in 1961.
–1996- 2001 studies in the school of Visual and Applied Arts, in the Faculty of Fine Arts in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, in the Laboratory Yannis Fokas.
-2002 – scholarship of Institution Panagiotis and Efi Micheli for Postgraduate studies in the program of doctoral studies in the Art Department of the Barcelona University.
Since June 2004, she is a holder of the post-graduate title DEA (Diploma de Estudios Avanzados), of the University of Barcelona.
Awards
-1986 she participated, as representing of Greece , in the Second Biennale of new Artists from European Countries of the Mediterranean Sea, which took place in Thessalonica.
–2001, she won the first prize in the Painting competition of the International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos, in Athens.
She has done Painting exhibitions in Greece and abroad. Her works are in private collections and two of them at the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
